Here are some handy tips to help you get answered faster and to help you utilise our automated features:
Select the Appropriate Options for Your Enquiry
We understand there is some misinformation being spread that states you will get answered faster if you choose certain Helpdesk options. This is incorrect.
By ensuring you choose the best option for your enquiry, you may be eligible for an automatic no job or recall.
For example, if you are calling a no job and you choose the EFTPOS option, you will need to be answered by a Helpdesk Operator. However, if you meet all of the auto no job requirements and select the no job option, you will be given your no job without needing to speak with a Helpdesk Operator.
Use Passenger Connect
Passenger Connect is a useful 13cabs feature that lets you call your current Customer directly from within the 13cabs Driver app.
We recommend that, when safe to do so, you use Passenger Connect without needing to contact the Helpdesk to call your Passenger for you. By using Passenger Connect, you can speak to your Passenger directly to locate them or guide them to you.
Queue Management
You will be answered faster if you stay in the Driver Helpdesk queue once you have logged your request. Every time you leave the queue and lodge a new request, you go back to the end of the queue.
