Many of our Account Passengers are elderly or have disabilities, making the transport and care we provide so important.
If you are an Endorsed Driver, it is crucial that you do your part to create a positive and comfortable experience for every Account Passenger. This includes extra services, including:
assisting your Passenger to or from their front door and other specified locations (eg, inside certain hospital departments or medical centre reception desks)
always opening the door for your Passengers
making every reasonable effort to prioritise accepting Account bookings when they are available
