Prioritising Account Work

Many of our Account Passengers are elderly or have disabilities, making the transport and care we provide so important.​
​
If you are an Endorsed Driver, it is crucial that you do your part to create a positive and comfortable experience for every Account Passenger. This includes extra services, including:

  • assisting your Passenger to or from their front door and other specified locations (eg, inside certain hospital departments or medical centre reception desks)

  • always opening the door for your Passengers

  • making every reasonable effort to prioritise accepting Account bookings when they are available
