Never chase a fare evader. Instead, remain in your vehicle, note the details, and lodge a report with police and our Driver Helpdesk. Your in-car systems like cameras, GPS and duress alarms are there to help.
Avoid arguments with Passengers. If there's an issue, stay calm and contact our Driver Helpdesk for support. And remember – a friendly chat is great, but steer clear of sensitive or controversial topics.
Keep your belongings secure by locking them in the glovebox or out of view. If your phone is in sight, make sure it's locked. Small security steps can prevent major headaches.
