To give you more control over how you manage your business expenses and cash flow, you have the option to either pay your network fees:

Monthly
What do you need to do if you want to make the switch?
To make the switch, simply complete the form to start your new payment cycle from the beginning of the next month:
List all vehicle registrations in one form if you’re changing the cycle for multiple vehicles
Monthly payments are debited to your M7 account on the first business day of each month
Weekly payments are be debited to your M7 account every Monday
A $4.90 +GST changeover fee will apply for each time you switch
A pro-rata debit or credit will apply for any days between the billing cycles (ie, the first day of the month and the first Monday of the month)
Only complete one form per month#
You can switch billing cycles as many times as you like depending on your current needs

Example: Switching to Weekly Network Fees
Moving forward, only the weekly network fee rate will be debited to his M7 account every Monday for his network fees. |
Example: Switching to Monthly Network Fees
To do this, Gary completes our Request to Change Your Network Fee Billing Cycle form. His first monthly payment will be debited to his M7 account on the first day of the next month. On this date, Gary will see these transactions in his M7 account for his network fees:
Moving forward, only a single monthly network fee rate will be debited to his M7 account on the first business day of the month for his network fees. |

Monthly billing cycle terms and conditions: If you wish to remain on the current monthly billing cycle, you do not need to do anything. Monthly network fee payments will be debited to your M7 account on the first business day of the calendar month. To switch to a monthly billing cycle, complete the Request to Change Your Network Fee Billing Cycle form. For your first monthly billing payment, you will see up to three transactions in your M7 account for your network fees – a debit for the monthly network fee amount, a debit for a once off changeover fee of $4.90 +GST and a pro-rata debit or credit for the days between cycles (if applicable).
Weekly billing cycle terms and conditions: If you wish to remain on the current weekly billing cycle, you do not need to do anything. Weekly network fee payments will be debited to your M7 account every Monday. To switch to a weekly billing cycle, complete the Request to Change Your Network Fee Billing Cycle form. For your first weekly billing payment, you will see up to three transactions in your M7 account for your network fees – a debit for the weekly network fee amount, a debit for a once off changeover fee of $4.90 +GST and a pro-rata debit or credit for the days between cycles (if applicable). Weekly network fee payments are calculated as the weekly rate of the monthly network fee rate plus a $1.90 + GST administration fee.
