Lost Property Customer Service

We would like to ask for your help in improving the customer service we provide to our Passengers surrounding lost property by ensuring you:

  • always carefully read your lost property messages and check your vehicle for the lost items before you provide an answer

  • try to check your cab and respond to lost property messages as soon as possible

  • hand in any lost items that you find to your nearest Support Hub or police station in a timely manner

  • if you know which Passenger lost an item, let the Driver Helpdesk know where you have taken it

  • never take someone's property in lieu of payment for their fare, even if it is offered
