Accepting All Trips

Avoid refusing Passengers based on trip distance. Short fares today can lead to longer fares in the future. You may only refuse fares in extreme circumstances, such as:

  • where a Passenger is unable to prove they can pay the estimated fare – by cash or electronic payment methods

  • when the Passenger displays threatening, unruly or violent behaviour

  • if the Passenger is smoking or drinking from an open alcoholic drink
